Your mission
In your role as a (Senior) Accountant (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and actively contribute to group consolidation, including intercompany reconciliations. Furthermore, you will support the preparation of reports for management and investors and contribute to the continuous development of our accounting and reporting structures. A particular focus will be on optimizing and automating existing financial processes, as well as further developing our consolidation and reporting tool LucaNet.
A key part of your initial responsibilities will be the introduction of a new ERP system. You will support the implementation, assist with integrating new system structures into existing accounting processes, and play a major role in ensuring a successful go-live. In addition, you will actively contribute to the ongoing improvement and optimization of financial processes.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, act as a point of contact for auditors and tax advisors, and support projects in the context of M&A as well as the integration of new entities into our group structure.

Experience in an auditing firm or consulting environment is considered a plus.
You possess strong knowledge of accounting standards under German GAAP (HGB) and ideally have a good understanding of IFRS. You also have proven experience in group consolidation and are confident in working with consolidation and reporting tools such as LucaNet. The routine use of an ERP system is part of your daily work. Ideally, you have also contributed to building and professionalizing modern accounting structures.
An additional qualification, such as a certified accountant (IHK), a tax advisor qualification, or a comparable certification, is an advantage. You stand out through a structured, analytical, and self-driven way of working, combined with a strong hands-on mentality, and you feel comfortable in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, complete your profile.
