In this role, the structuring and refinement of requirements lie in your hands to guarantee seamless implementation by the development team. Technical and business needs are precisely translated into Epics, Features, and User Stories, supported by clear acceptance criteria. A vital part of your daily routine involves backlog management, where you constantly balance product goals, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Furthermore, you ensure that all requirements are fully understood from a functional perspective and technically prepared to meet the Definition of Ready. The coordination of central delivery processes—from refinements and sprint planning to reviews and retrospectives—is also your responsibility. Thanks to your proactive mindset, risks, dependencies, and ambiguities are identified early and addressed effectively.
Close collaboration with development, product management, and international stakeholders rounds out your profile, as you maintain maximum transparency regarding progress, quality, and overall delivery.
You bring several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role within product management or software development. Ideally, you have already worked within an SAP environment or with complex system landscapes. You possess the ability to analyze and structure intricate requirements, transforming them into actionable delivery units. In this role, you act as the vital link between business and technology, always maintaining a clear strategic overview.
Your work style is highly structured; you set clear priorities and are committed to driving topics to completion. You are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility for results, quality, and delivery, complemented by your ability to communicate confidently in both German and English.
