Account Executive - Customer Success (m/f/d) - remote GER
Summary
Your mission
As an Account Executive (m/f/d) for Customer Success and Account Management, you will be responsible for the strategic development and comprehensive management of our existing customer accounts. You will ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will guide customers through onboarding and the implementation of our software solutions while supporting them in maximizing the value and adoption of all available features. As the primary point of contact, you will coordinate customer inquiries and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
You will analyze customer usage data, derive measures to increase product adoption, and proactively advise customers on achieving their business and digital transformation objectives. At the same time, you will identify optimization, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities and work with internal teams to further develop these potentials. Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and key users, as well as conducting regular business reviews and success meetings, will be an integral part of your responsibilities.
In addition, you will identify churn risks at an early stage and implement appropriate retention strategies. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development teams and contribute structured customer feedback to drive the continuous improvement of our software solutions. Maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system and supporting contract renewals and renewal processes are also key aspects of the role.
Furthermore, you will monitor relevant KPIs, contribute to the ongoing development of our Customer Success processes, ensure a consistently positive customer experience throughout the entire customer journey, and stay informed about market and technology trends to help continuously evolve our solutions in line with customer needs.
Your profile
You have the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling way and successfully communicate their value to customers. With your strong communication and negotiation skills, you build long-term customer relationships and consistently act with a customer-centric mindset. A high level of self-motivation, a proactive approach, and a passion for continuously improving the Customer Experience distinguish you from others.
In addition to being a strong team player, you impress with a structured, self-driven, and results-oriented work style, as well as a confident professional presence.
You are skilled at identifying new business opportunities, pursuing your goals with determination, and maintaining a focus on sustainable business success. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, enable you to work effectively in an international environment.
