Full-time
Permanent employee

Summary

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling high-performing, cross-functional teams within our agile organization. You will coach teams in adopting and evolving agile practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and actively contribute to scaling agility across the company. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on team effectiveness, delivery quality, and organizational transparency.

Your mission

You will coach and support multiple Scrum teams, helping them continuously improve collaboration, delivery, and ways of working. You will facilitate all key Scrum ceremonies - including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, and Retrospectives - and ensure that agile principles and the Scrum framework are applied in a meaningful and sustainable way.

Beyond facilitation, you will act as a trusted coach for team members, supporting their development and helping them navigate challenges in their day-to-day work. You will proactively identify and remove impediments at both team and organizational level, creating an environment where teams can thrive and perform at their best.

You will also play an active role in strengthening our agile organization. This includes contributing to initiatives that enhance team performance, supporting the evolution of agile practices, and driving continuous improvement across teams.

A key part of the role is close collaboration with Product Owners, leadership, and other stakeholders. You will ensure transparency around progress, risks, and performance, and support reporting on relevant metrics. In addition, you will contribute to our agile community of practice, helping shape standards, share knowledge, and drive best practices across the organization.

Your profile

You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, along with several years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role. You have a proven track record of working with multiple teams and supporting them in delivering high-quality outcomes.

You bring strong expertise in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and ideally have experience with scaling frameworks like SAFe or LeSS. You are familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence and have a solid understanding of software development processes and technical environments.

A Scrum certification (e.g., CSM or PSM) is expected, and additional qualifications in Agile Coaching are a plus.
You are an excellent facilitator and communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You combine empathy and strong conflict resolution skills with a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.

You work independently, take ownership, and bring a hands-on attitude. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are passionate about helping teams succeed. Fluency in German and strong English skills complete your profile.
